Bob has held numerous COO and CFO management positions for various industry and non-profit organizations. His 45 plus years of business experience has culminated most recently in over 15 years of dedication to the non-profit sector in the role of CFO. He is credited with numerous innovative programs and has a real eye for the bottom line.
Yvonne has extensive experience in the areas of project planning and business development. She has spent the last 17 years in the non-profit arena specializing in all aspects of thirft store development and operation with the goal of helping to lessen their dependence on donations . Prior to this, Yvonne held a variety of management and professional positions in the for-profit corporate environment.
Ross E. Pope
Ross has developed multiple real estate and retail related businesses in the last 18 years. He has an exceptionally good understanding of the resale opportunities in any trade area in any market. His resale specific work includes market analysis, probability of outcomes, and real estate site selection for new construction, renovation, or reuse.
First and foremost, we understand the limitations of non-profits in their financial ability to contract outside help for challenges they face in their organizations. With this in mind, we endeavor to propose solutions and pay backs that make sense and can be easily justified.
On a broader perspective, we have found the challenges that face one non-profit are not unique and are generally found in other non-profits. What contributes to the ability of an organization to confront these challenges effectively is the manner in which they first characterize challenges and secondly, what they do to put resources in place to deal with them.
We are firmly convinced that most non-profit challenges can be effectively defined and confronted through the use of the organization’s own personnel who are being guided and educated by an outside resource that has the necessary experience in the
particular area of concern. Therefore, the unique nature of our approach utilizes and educates the organization's personnel to confront challenges and provide long-term solutions that can be maintained.
The results of this approach not only represent practical, cost effective solutions, but ones that are owned by internal personnel.
Because we are so confident that our philosophy works, we will perform an audit at no additional charge at the end of the first year following the completion of an assignment. Results from the audit will be presented to leadership both orally and in written form with recommendations for any problems found.
